Hello fellas,
I've been thinking lately. I believe the journals have become incredibly brief. It's a bit difficult to admit that to myself. Lots of it has to do with my private life lately. I hope to be able to tell you more about what is going on soon, but for now, we're kinda stuck here. Lets enjoy the short time we have, however.
Project Update
Looking at it before the upload, there are still alot of things that require fixing. However, it is coming along faster than expected.
I've also began to work on a small cartoon series to work on during my free time (inbetween studies, jobs and this). I feel like I have left you on hot coals about this for way too long so expect to see some work in the near future.
Video plans
tieing in to the brief journal problem, I've been thinking how I can offer you more informative content. I've been thinking about tutorials, showcases, podcasts etc. As I reflected on it, I came to the conclusion that a video approach may just be the right thing. On a fixed scedule (or whenever I feel like it) I would give some advice on art related subjects (or general stuff), create tutorials and showcase the work of other fellow artists. If I'd do this, it wont be a small "whatever" thing for me to do. Quality is very important to me.
I was also contemplating to do the same as a blog of sorts.
Let me know what you think of that idea. Would you watch such videos or would you rather read about those things in a blog (or both)?
